These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the v2222 Privacy Policy and the v2222 Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and v2222 ("v2222", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the v2222 platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or "I Accept" checkbox during registration, or by using any feature of the v2222 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use the Platform.

v2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of the v2222 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a v2222 account, to make any deposit, to place any wager, or to participate in any promotion. This minimum age requirement is absolute and applies to all Members regardless of their city or region within Bangladesh. v2222 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery, and any balance held in that account will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Identity Verification

v2222 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the registration process and may request additional documentation at any time. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to complete KYC verification to v2222's satisfaction will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The v2222 Platform is operated for Members located in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. v2222 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering an account, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of the v2222 Platform, you must register a Member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify v2222 promptly of any changes.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the v2222 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, v2222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances, winnings, or pending bets associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. v2222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify v2222 support immediately at [email protected]. v2222 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge to all registered Members.

3.4 Account Verification

v2222 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Such verification may be requested before processing a withdrawal, after a significant change to account details, or as part of ongoing anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

v2222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and other bank transfer options as published in the v2222 cashier at the time of the transaction. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the v2222 Platform is ৳200. Individual payment methods may carry different minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the v2222 cashier at the time of the transaction. v2222 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours, subject to the payment method selected and any outstanding verification requirements. v2222 does not guarantee a specific processing time and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues outside v2222's control. Withdrawals will only be credited to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, v2222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of the payment method, and evidence of wagering activity sufficient to demonstrate that the deposit was used for genuine gameplay rather than payment processing purposes. This requirement exists to protect the integrity of the platform and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the v2222 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a payment method involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees are the responsibility of the Member and will be determined by the relevant payment service provider.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonus offers and promotions published on the v2222 Platform are available to eligible registered Members only. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games or markets within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

v2222 actively monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Behaviour that v2222 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or the systematic hedging of bets to reduce wagering risk — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus balances and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

v2222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered, except where v2222 determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

5.5 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

v2222 may offer promotional campaigns timed to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events such as BPL and T20 World Cup tournaments. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and their own specific promotion terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

v2222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are accepted only when v2222 has confirmed their receipt and recorded them in the system. A bet is not considered placed until you have received a confirmed bet reference number from the Platform.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a system error, a typographical mistake, or a data feed failure — v2222 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amounts to Member accounts. This applies to casino games, sports betting markets, and all other wagering products offered on the Platform. A malfunction of any game software voids all game play and any associated pay-outs for that round.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

All cricket and sports bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, or the relevant sports federation). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, v2222's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules — published in the sports betting help section of the Platform — shall apply.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on the v2222 Platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified studios — are governed by the rules published within each game interface. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and v2222 has no ability to alter these figures. Casino game results are generated by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by previous results or by v2222 in any way.

6.5 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a bet or casino game, you must submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. v2222's decision on all disputes, once issued in writing, is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v2222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether personally or on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration, verification, or ongoing account management process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating the use of the Platform by any person under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to chip-dumping, signalling, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money, to process the proceeds of criminal activity, or for any other purpose that constitutes a violation of applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service provider (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) after those funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Abusing the customer support service, including the use of threatening, abusive, or harassing language directed at v2222 staff members.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Members, or attempting to interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Platform.

8.1 Suspension by v2222

v2222 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is subject to a fraud, security, or money-laundering investigation; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated in relation to your account; (d) your account has been flagged under v2222's responsible gaming protocols; or (e) v2222 is required to do so by applicable law or by a directive from a competent authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your v2222 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, v2222 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for defined periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or on a permanent basis. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by v2222 — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. v2222 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. The closure of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure, including any outstanding debt owed by either party to the other.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v2222 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss. v2222's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
